For high-value products, our MOQ starts from 1g, with the typical range starting from 10g. For lower-priced products, the MOQ generally starts at 100g or 1kg, depending on the item.

How can I confirm the product quality before placing an order?
You can request free samples for certain products; you'll only need to cover the shipping cost. Alternatively, you can arrange a courier to collect the samples. Additionally, if you provide your product specifications, we can tailor the manufacturing process to meet your exact needs.
How do I start an order or make payment?
You can place an order by sending us a purchase order (if your company has one) or simply confirming by email or via Trade Manager. Once confirmed, we will send you a proforma invoice with our bank details, and you can proceed with payment accordingly. Alternatively, you can place an order directly through the online platform.
How do you handle quality complaints?
We take quality control very seriously and strive to minimize issues. In the rare case that a problem occurs due to our error, we will either send you replacement products free of charge or refund your loss.
What is the delivery time/method?
We usually ship out the goods within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed. We can express by door to door, by air, by sea, and you can also choose your freight forwarder.
